This antique early 1800s brooch is modeled in 9K gold throughout, and features natural split seed pearls, rose-cut blue sapphires, and two glazed panels with silk, and no hair mementos. There is an ornate gold monogram "MG" at the back panel. It weighs 3.5 grams, and measures 21 x 16 mm. There is soft solder residue at the brooch fittings, and I have not attempted to open either panel, but could try if you wanted to fit your own photo or keepsake in the locket.
