This is a very rare antique ring, featuring a large natural pearl in a delicate hand-fabricated platinum setting with six old single-cut diamonds. It comes with a GIA report (no 2233730010), stating that the pearl is 9.58mm, natural saltwater from the pinctada mollusk.
The ring dates to the early 20th century, with a delicate platinum framework and a set of small accent diamonds (0.18ctw), and weighs 3.27 grams. It is currently a size 8.25, with evidence of past sizing, and is easily sizable up or down.
