This antique charm was converted from a bar brooch. It features a 1 carat cornflower blue sapphire that appears to be unheated (I can observe rutile silk in the stone under magnification), and 4 tiny old mine cut diamonds (~0.15ctw), set in 14K gold with an 18K bail. It weighs 1.15 grams, and measures 11.5 x 11.5 mm excluding the bail.
