This is a beautiful antique charm, small but exquisitely detailed. Crafted in 18K with a 10K bail, it is set with a high polish natural turquoise cabochon and many 20 rose cut diamonds. (~0.12ctw). It weighs 1.15 grams, and measures 9 mm x 12.5 mm excluding the bail.
